Booking and payment
How do I book?
Send us the booking form or email us at reflectboothco@gmail.com. We'll confirm your date and send a quote, and a $200 deposit locks it in.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. We have one booth, so each date can only be booked once.
When is the balance due?
14 days before your event.
How can I pay?
By direct deposit (bank transfer) or cash. Our bank details are on your invoice.
Can I move my date?
Yes. You can move your booking once, free, to a new date within 12 months, as long as we're available.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know as soon as you can. The $200 deposit isn't refundable. Cancel more than 72 hours out and we refund anything else you've paid; between 72 and 24 hours we also keep 20% of the balance; within 24 hours the full price is non-refundable.
Do you charge for travel?
Delivery is included within 40 km of the Brisbane CBD. Beyond that it's $1 per km each way.
The booth and space
The space we need
About 2.5 m × 2.5 m of flat floor and one standard power point within 5 m. That leaves room for the booth, a queue and the props.
How big is the booth?
About 1.77 m tall, 71 cm wide and 60 cm deep when it's set up.
Can the booth go outside?
Yes, as long as it's fully covered and out of direct sun and rain. On the day, your attendant may pause or move the booth if the weather turns.
What about stairs?
The booth travels in a heavy case on a trolley, so please tell us about stairs, lifts or long walks from parking when you book.
On the day
When do you arrive?
About 60 minutes before your booth time, and we're set up 30 minutes before it starts.
Does someone stay with the booth?
Yes. A friendly attendant stays the whole time, helping guests and keeping the prints coming.
What if our event runs late?
Your booth time starts at the agreed time. If you'd like more time on the night, it's $150 an hour, as long as we're free.
What do you need from us?
The space, a power point, and the name and number of someone we can find when we arrive.
Photos and prints
How many prints do guests get?
Unlimited sessions, with two print strips every time.
Do we get digital copies?
Yes. We send you every photo in an online album within 48 hours, ready to share with your guests.
Can we personalise the prints?
Yes. We make a custom design for your event, which can include your names, colours, date and more. We send it for your sign-off about a week before.
Do you do GIFs and boomerangs?
Yes, as well as full-length photos.
Can the lights match our theme?
Yes. The mirror's LED frame glows in almost any colour, so we'll match it to your theme.
Will you post our photos online?
Only if you tick yes on the booking form.
